We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team two nights per week.

The successful candidate will:

To work closely with Reception and carry out any request that they may have in relation to customer needs.
To ensure all departmental S.O.P’s, Hotel Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
To ensure all corridors are clear from trays and debris.
To operate floor polisher and have working knowledge of computers
To clean and ensure the lobby and surround areas where Guest are, are left clean and tidy
To answer the calls on Reception.
Write any Health/safety or maintenance faults in the book at Reception
To carry out fire walks during your shift and sign logs. Remove blockages
To set-up rooms as directed by the Duty manager or assist other department with preparation for the following day.
To maintain open communication line with Staff & Guests
To be environmentally friendly and cost aware.
To carry out additional duties as requested by the Night Manager / Duty manager
