- Managing and updating customer database
- Completing client paperwork
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely payment collections
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with VAT reporting and compliance
- Prepare and process weekly payroll
- Support general office admin filling , correspondence and telephone enquiries
