The role includes interacting with patients to assess needs, triaging phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments and general office administration work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
-Efficient and professional phone manner
- Diary management/Scheduling
- Managing correspondence
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
Your Profile
- Typing skills - 50 words per minute
- Prior experience as an Office Admin Essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a small team, helping out with various tasks as required.
