Established in 2012 Gulliver's Childcare provide childcare to pre-schoolers and afterschool children 51 weeks / year.
Job Title:
- Office administrator/receptionist.
Duties:
- Maintaining all children/parents files.
- Maintaining parent applications.
- Answering parents queries.
- Monitoring staff hrs & leave.
- Coordination with Accounts & Wages inputs.
- Maintain and monitor all supplies & suppliers.
- Arrange facility maintenance.
- Tracking children attendance.
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level training in office administration / management.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar position .
- Previous experience working in childcare / childcare agencies and advantage but training can be given.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, & MS Word.
- Excellent English written & spoken.
- To work well as a team member.
- To offer suggestions for process improvements.
- To be able to attend work in person every day between 8.00 and 6.00 (Start & finish Hrs can be agreed with management). This is not a Remote / Hybrid placement.
- Suitable and current work permit /visa if required.
- 2 written references with contact numbers.
- Garda Vetting if available, if not available it can be applied for after selection.
- An positive / kind interest in children.

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
