Innopharma Technical Services offers a unique training programme for those unemployed and seeking entry into the (Bio) Pharmaceutical Industry.
Minimum entry requirements to be considered for our Programme is to have a Level 8 Degree in Science, Technical or Engineering related discipline.
Our 12-week Validation Engineer Programme purpose trains Scientists & Engineers in all aspects of Validation (Process, Cleaning, Equipment & CSV).
The Programme is blended between theoretical online delivery and practical in-person training with a focus on problem-based learning to simulate the work environment.
Upon successful completion of our training programme, our goal is to employ trainees as permanent staff members of Innopharma and place them in our various client sites, to support scope of work projects on a contracting basis.
Throughout the years we have developed very successful partnerships with some of the world’s leading Multi-national manufacturing companies with our teams working in organisations across the island of Ireland.
Programme schedule – What a typical week looks like
The programme is delivered full time over 12 weeks.
Class times are between 10am – 4pm.
Monday & Wednesday; Work from home, completing assignments
Tuesday & Friday; Programme delivery is blended & delivered via live online classes.
Thursday; Class will be onsite at our Sandyford Head Office, where candidates will gain hands-on practical experience in our Pilot manufacturing lab or our QC lab. Our pilot manufacturing lab and QC lab are based on OSD Manufacturing with small-scale Equipment, including Fluid Bed Granulators, Blenders, HPLC, etc.
The programme focuses on problem-based learning, where we set weekly assignments using real-world data sets and case studies to work through. To simulate the work environment, we set strict deadlines which participants must adhere to. Assignments include the drafting of Validation Protocols and reports, i.e. IQ/OQ/PQ, developing Cleaning Validation Sampling Plan and Study, etc.
