- Previous experience in seafood preparation and customer service roles preferred.
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP guidelines and complete HACCP certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and responsibilities as needed
