This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but growing Order Processing and Warehouse Team. You will be based in our Waterford City Headquarters. You will help process and pack large volumes of online and B2B orders for both K Sport and Kustom Workwear. The role requires excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate and efficient order processing with daily deadlines, working alongside our sales team, embroidery team and procurement.
What you will do
- Packing and processing correct customer online orders paying extra attention to corrects sizes, colors, quantities.
- Collating and packing larger volume workwear orders for B2B customers.
- Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Work with sales team to ensure order paperwork is compliant with procedure.
- Perform stock take when required.
- Maintain an organized and tidy work area.
- Screen Printing uniform and PPE garments (Training Provided)
- Adhere to all Health & Safety Regulations
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A personable and customer focused and team player approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment and or order processing.
- Demonstrate energy, genuine initiative and ability to work independently.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
