Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a part-time Barista to join the Box’d crew. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of barista experience, who can handle the rush, pour a proper coffee, and keep the energy positive behind the counter. We’re looking for someone dependable, fast, and passionate about quality coffee. Hourly rate is €13.59.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee, fast and efficiently.
- Operate all barista equipment confidently (grinder, espresso machine, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organised work station and customer area.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and upbeat way we like good vibes.
- Work as part of a small, close-knit team to keep things running smoothly.
- Follow opening/closing procedures and keep things tidy and stocked.
- Contribute to a high-energy, no-drama workplace where we all have each other’s backs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fast-paced café or coffee bar.
- Ability to dial in, steam milk properly, and work clean and quick.
- Passion for good coffee and attention to detail.
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, and solid timekeeping.
- Comfortable working solo at times and as part of a team.
- Fluent English and eligible to work in Ireland.
- References essential.
