We are currently recruiting for a Night Porter to join our team at Carrick Plaza Suites. Experience in a similar previous role is essential.
Main Duties:
- To manage and take responsibility for the hotel at night
- To carry out Reception Duties, i.e. meeting/greeting guests, check in/check out, cutting Keys for Arrivals
- To perform security and fire checks at regular intervals
- To maintain and monitor the cleanliness standards of the hotel, i.e. reception area, lift, hallway and stairs.
- Moving beds if necessary to set up room for check in the next day
- To ensure the highest levels of customer care are practiced at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Experience:
- Night Porter: 1 year (required)
- reception: 1 year (preferred)
