Patient Experience Assistant (Part-Time – Dublin 2)
Wednesdays & Thursdays (1–7pm), occasional Saturdays + holiday cover
Are you someone who loves making people feel welcome, valued, and at ease? We’re looking for a warm and detail-oriented Patient Experience Assistant to join our friendly clinic team in Dublin 2.
In this front-of-house role, you’ll be a key part of creating a calm and caring environment for our patients, supporting both their experience and the smooth running of our clinic.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Greet and support patients in a professional, friendly manner
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling updates
- Take high-quality before and after treatment photographs
- Handle phone and email queries with warmth and clarity
- Process payments and invoicing accurately and discreetly
- Support light administrative duties and stock management as needed
- Provide occasional Saturday or holiday cover (full-day shifts, 9am–5/6pm)
About You
- Experience in a front-facing role (retail, reception, or secretarial roles)
- Confident with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- Professional, calm, and non-judgemental with every interaction
- Highly organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- A team player who enjoys being part of a high-standard, supportive environment
