Life & Pension Administrator – Hybrid

Are you an experienced Life & Pension Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded Insurance and Financial Services Brokerage based in Dundrum, Dublin 14, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join their expanding team. This is a hybrid role offering a strong work-life balance along with a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and the wider team
- Process new business applications, policy alterations, and renewals across Life, Pensions, Investments, and Protection products
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate case management
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
- Assist in preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Life & Pension administration role within a brokerage, financial advisory firm, or life company
- Excellent knowledge of Life, Pensions, and Investment products
- APA or QFA qualification (or working towards) is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
