Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience leading HR programs and initiatives.
- Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the Menu of Services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader, career development and navigating transitions.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area, Product Area or market via dynamic consultations.
- Seek opportunities to identify and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from more executive leaders.
- Identify key business/product or market areas and stakeholders to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, and understand how to navigate the ecosystem in order to service Googlers.
