- Support the full recruitment cycle: screen applications, coordinate interviews and assessments, compile panel feedback, and manage candidate communications.
- Draft contracts and assist with job descriptions, assessment tools, and reference checks.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker on HRIS and ensure timely updates to internal systems and communications (e.g. starters, movers, leavers on Fount).
- Lead on assigned recruitment campaigns and support the Senior Talent Executive as needed.
- Manage new starter and leaver processes, including system checklists and onboarding coordination.
- Track key milestones such as probation, contract renewals, and performance reviews, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Draft HR letters, manage purchase orders and invoices, and support staff events and internal communications.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR system records, support data analysis and reporting.
- Oversee TY Programme
- Administer training activities: schedule sessions, track attendance, manage materials, and liaise with trainers.
- Maintain L&D records and support the rollout and administration of the new Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in performance management cycles, collating data and issuing reminders.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to ER and wellbeing.
- Liaise with external health and wellbeing partners and promote internal initiatives to support a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Third-level qualification required
- HR qualification desirable
- 2+ years' experience in a HR generalist or admin role (preferred)
- Knowledge of core HR processes, systems, and compliance
- Experience in recruitment and L&D support
- Strong digital skills; confident with data and Excel
- Strong internal service mindset
