We are a well-established, friendly community pharmacy based in Dublin 1, with a passion for good customer service. We are looking for an experienced OTC Assistant to join our team.
Candidates MUST have at least 1-2 years Community Pharmacy experience in Ireland.
The main duties of the role will include the following:
· Providing a high level of customer and patient care.
· Providing excellent customer advice through product knowledge.
· Ordering front of shop stock from suppliers, maintaining stock at optimal levels.
· Ensuring stock is displayed in an organised and attractive manner.
Knowledge and experience required:
- 1-2 Years of community pharmacy experience in Ireland is required.
- Up to date knowledge of OTC medicines.
- Experience of ordering from pharmacy suppliers.
- Previous sales and customer service experience is essential.
- Some experience of working in dispensary is an advantage.
- Ability to work some late nights (including weekends and Bank Holidays)
The successful candidate will have:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· A keen interest in retail pharmacy.
· A work ethic centred on customer service.
