`JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Planning Coordinator.
JOB PURPOSE: Develop the weekly and strategic production planning schedules for review by the Supply Chain Manager
REPORT TO. Supply Chain Manager
QUALIFICATIONS. Minimum Level 7
Salary is based on Qualifications and Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Glenpatrick’s business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
· Maintain a Master Production Planning system for Glenpatrick Spring for both weekly plans and strategic plans.
· In conjunction with the Supply Chain Manager , liaise closely with Operations Managers to ensure conformance to plan and adjust plan as required.
· Lead with the Supply Chain Manager the weekly planning meeting and update planning short/medium term proposals as required by the Customer.
· Monthly review on the forecasting model with the Operations Manager / Commercial Manager and Account Managers on all account activities to agree forecast figures and promotional activities.
· Ensure accurate forecasting model presented via Commercial and review ongoing.
· Work with Sales team on new product/customer introduction
· Inventory reporting and interface on excess Inventory.
· Regular status / communication reporting
· Ensure all KPI’s are met and are accurate.

· Good organisational skills required
· Computer skills in Microsoft word and Excel essential.
