Role Title: Port Services Representative
Reports to: Route Manager
Location: Rosslare
Purpose, Context Responsibilities
Purpose
This role is located in Rosslare and plays a key role in the smooth running of our Port Services division of the business. It requires a flexible person who enjoys interacting with the public on a daily basis.

Role / Responsibilities
Passenger reservations – face to face with customers at the public counter in the terminal building and also supporting our call centres with telephone bookings- Foot Passenger Check-in
- Freight Check-in from our dedicated freight booths
- Freight Bookings – new and management of existing bookings
- Split Shifts on a 4 day on – 4 day off pattern
- Necessity to cover colleagues annual leave on overtime / time in lieu
- Necessity to have flexibility to service disrupted vessel schedule
Skills / Qualifications / Experience – The Person
Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage but not necessaryHigh level attention to detail
Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and understand problems presented on a daily basis
Must be a team player
Must be flexible with their working hours
Key Relationships
Customer Services team across the business- External customers for both the Freight and Passenger side of the business
