Title of Post: Post Doctoral Researcher (Level 1) in Dairy Process Modelling
JOB SYNOPSIS
The Dairy Processing Technology Centre (DPTC) is seeking a postdoctoral researcher in the area of population balance modelling of coagulation and crystallisation processes related to dairy manufacturing. The successful applicant will join the DPTC team and develop mechanistic models related to cheese and butter production.
