JOB SYNOPSIS
Applications are invited for a Post Doctoral Researcher position at the SURFCE group at the University of Limerick as part of the SESMSI-RuNH3 project, focusing on improving the utilisation of ruthenium for thermocatalytic ammonia synthesis, thereby making the use of ruthenium more viable by improving its environmental and economic feasibility. The successful candidate will work on the synthesis of the catalysts, their testing, and their characterisation with emphasis on the use of Modulation Excitation Spectroscopy (MES). The Post Doctoral Researcher will also contribute to the supervision and training of students at the lab, project reporting, preparing manuscripts and grants, and disseminating the research results.
