Uniphar are embarking on an ambitious, multi-year transformation program and are seeking a Dynamics 365 / Power Apps Developer to support our teams across our transformation initiatives. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Developer to join our team, responsible for building out a Canvas App to support fast Order Entry for our Dynamics project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Canvas App Development. The Dynamics 365 / Power Apps Developer will play a crucial role in supporting & enhancing existing functionality along with building out greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Services solutions, specifically around efficient Order Entry as we continue to grow and innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Experience:
- Experience building Canvas Apps
- Experience integrating into Dataverse to read & write data
- Experience with Power Automate and calling API’s to read and write data from external systems
- Deploying Power App solutions using CI/CD pipelines (manual deployment to test & production environments will not be allowed)
- Knowledge of Git source control to support the CI/CD process
- Support the CRM Architect in documentation.
Dynamics CRM Experience (desirable but not essential):
- Configuration of Tables, Views and Forms to support the Customer Services processes
- Configuration of Business Process Flows within the context of CRM
- Configuration of Security Roles
- Configuration of Workflows
- Maintain up-to-date skills on new features, services, and cost models.
Project Responsibilities:
- Working within the guidelines and to the objectives defined by any project or program currently running.
- Working within an Agile sprint structure
- Report task updates and status reports to any relevant project streams.
- Prioritize work items and tasks based on project or program guidance.
Key Skills, Experiences & Competencies
- 5+ years’ development experience in the Power Platform – Canvas and Model-driven apps
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, ideally within a Customer Service environment
- Experience in building responsive Canvas Apps
- Ability to design innovative, re-usable solutions and components.
- Knowledge of ALM tools (e.g., Git for Enterprise, Azure Devops).
- Experience of integrating with SAP ECC6 and S/4 Hana is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a cloud and solutions architecture context.
- Experience implementing access controls and governance policies.
