Role Summary:
As a Production Operative at CF Pharma Medical, you will be responsible for producing high-quality medical device products in a controlled environment. This includes filling, capping, labelling, and packing products to strict quality and compliance standards. You will support daily production operations by setting up equipment, maintaining cleanliness, completing documentation accurately, and ensuring all packaging and labelling meets regulatory and presentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out line clearance activities at the start and end of production runs according to SOPs.
- Complete routine cleaning of equipment and work areas; accurately fill out and sign cleaning logs.
- Set up and operate equipment for production runs as instructed.
- Perform print quality checks at setup and throughout the batch to ensure label accuracy and legibility.
- Confirm starter batch checks are completed and signed off before production begins.
- Perform filling, capping, labelling, and packing operations
- Ensure all packaging and labelling is correct, clean, well-aligned, and meets high visual standards.
- Apply outer cartons and leaflets accurately and without damage (no rips, tears, or smudges).
- Follow and accurately complete batch records and paperwork throughout the process.
- Build pallets neatly and securely, with correct documentation reflecting contents.
- Strive to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Experience in a controlled environment, ideally in medical device, pharmaceutical, or food production is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Spoken and written English.
- Basic understanding of health & safety and ISO Standards.

Pay: €13.51-€14.00 per hour
