Job Description
- Support on the delivery of projects to approved schedule, budget and quality requirements.
- Responsible for conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking.
- Producing project and gateway approval documents to support the approval process.
- Preparing written project communication materials and support improvement of processes and systems.
- Preparing presentation material for project updates and other reports including monthly reports.
- Liaising with the client, contractors, designers and project Stakeholders when required.
- Attending meetings and drafting minutes when applicable.
- Preparing and updating formal project progress reports such as monthly reports including financial, budget and project schedule reporting.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including Risk Register, Issue Register, Daily Log, etc.
- Managing Change Control procedures and Programme Governance.
- Adhere to policies and procedures in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within a construction, engineering, consultancy environment or equivalent supporting the delivery of projects.
- Degree in Engineering/Technical based degree or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team;
