Role:
- Review and assessment of tender documentation including interpreting drawings, specifications, reports and general scope of works requirements.
- Preparation of consultant, subcontractor and material packages for pricing.
- Review and preparation of consultant, subcontractor and materials cost analysis for cost comparison purposes.
- Continuous management of tender documents.
- Pricing and review of preliminaries items for review by senior management.
- Assistance in the completion and return of tender documents.
- Assistance in the preparation of project handover reports including collation of the necessary and associated documentation.
- Preparation and maintenance of estimating data for reports and tender application.
Requirements:
- Ideally be from a main contractor background with relevant onsite operations experience and/or good technical knowledge.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Good ability to read drawings, specifications and reports with capability to assess issues and risk.
- Clear and concise communicator with an aptitude for problem solving and thinking outside the box.
- Capable of working on his/her own initiatives and as part of a team.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently while managing owns time to meet critical deadlines.
- Be proficient in word and excel
- Hold a valid driving licence.

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
