Project Manager, Abusive Actor Operations Responsibilities
- Become an expert in various integrity and support issues across Operations at Meta
- Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Create and modify data labels, ensuring compliance to all regulatory and legal requirements
- Ensure the quality of labeled data sets, ensuring alignment to Meta’s policies and/or support processes
- Partner with team members to improve processes and tools of the team’s labeling interfaces
- Analyze and audit data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
- Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
- Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
- Build cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
- Develop expertise of the integrity issues and how they affect our community
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree BA/BS
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
- 2+ years of work experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
- Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools
- Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R, SQL
- Avid user of our platform of products
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
