Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of property maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, maintaining budgets and schedules, and ensuring top-tier service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee property maintenance projects from initiation to completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and manage day-to-day operations
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and technicians
- Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage project documentation
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays
- Drive continuous improvement across projects and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within property maintenance and construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and building systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
