A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Junior Project Manager / PMO Analyst would be:

• Support the delivery of a strategic, high-profile AI programme in collaboration with senior project managers.
• Develop and manage programme timelines, trackers, and reporting documentation.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for use in stakeholder and project meetings.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams and external suppliers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Compile and maintain key programme artefacts, documentation, and decision logs.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment across workstreams.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or PMO Analyst role.
• Strong skills in preparing professional slide decks and programme documentation.
• Proven ability to create and manage trackers, dashboards, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AI-related programmes or technologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Trello).
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
