A hotel and holiday letts business on Achill Island require a skilled maintenance person.
Ideally you should have :-
- Painting & Decorating
- Basic joinery
- Property maintenance knowledge
- Other building repair skills
- Good with power tools
- Ability to clear away rubbish and make areas look nice
- Take instruction and work thinking about others
- Health and Safety awareness
A vehicle would be advantageous
* A good rate of pay depending on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: €14.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 28 per week
