We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Kilkenny City office.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors – both in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide general administrative support to the wider office team
- Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and database management
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organised reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars where required
- Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in a reception or administrative role (professional services or office-based environment preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
- A proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative
- A professional, friendly, and positive attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
