BMC Manufacturing are looking for a front of house Receptionist to join our busy team based in Ballycoolin Dublin 15. This is a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and post
- Organising meetings and providing a warm welcome to guests
- Managing office supplies
- Ensuring the canteen is well-stocked
- Managing the guest book checking in and out clients
Skills and Attributes:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team
Office Hours are:
Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.00pm & Friday 7.00am – 2.00pm
Rate of Pay:
€30,000-€32,000 DOE
