JOB OPPORTUNITY - Receptionist/Administrator
Job Purpose: Virginia Transport Limited is a leading logistics and transport company, known for our commitment to excellence, reliability, and customer service. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in our Maghera office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to be part of a fast-paced and professional working environment.
Location: Maghera, Virginia, Co. Cavan
Hours: 8:30 am to 17:30 pm Mon to Fri
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages in a polite, professional, and timely manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Meeting and greeting visitors, customers, suppliers, and staff
- Providing secretarial support including drafting reports, letters, emails, arranging appointments, taking minutes, photocopying, etc.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required
Key Competencies & Skills Required:
- A team player with a flexible and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in IT and administration, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
