JOB DESCRIPTION
POST: RECEPTIONIST
ACCOUNTABLE TO: General / Duty Manager
PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide front line customer service at reception.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and book-in customers to Sportslink
Deal with cash transactions and receipts
Ensure a continuous availability of customer information
Deal with first line customer enquiries or complaints
Deal with customers by telephone
Take customer bookings at reception desk and by telephone
Other duties, commensurate with the grade of the post, as required by the Senior Receptionist or Administrator
To be familiar with the company’s Health and Safety Policy and observe any part of the policy related specifically to the post.
To be familiar with the Company’s code of conduct and observe any part of the policy related specifically to the post.
To behave in a non discriminatory manner towards customers and other staff, as required by Equal Opportunities legislation and company policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €21,000.00-€22,000.00 per year
