Happy Feet Podiatry is currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our welcoming team in Longford Town.
Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position, offering approximately 17.5 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and returning calls to assist patients with booking appointments
- Accurate and efficient diary management
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Greeting clients and ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Collaborating closely with another receptionist as part of a team
- Light tidying duties to maintain a clean and comfortable clinic environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability to work the specified hours and days
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A high standard of customer service
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role is highly desirable
