The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Intern to join our busy Laois office. This is a hands-on role designed to provide exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a growing international business. The internship offers excellent learning opportunities and the chance to work directly with experienced recruiters and hiring managers. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to apply for a permanent role upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates
- Help manage job postings across platforms and track application activity
- Assist with interview coordination and communication with candidates
- Organise and maintain internal candidate databases and trackers
- Participate in onboarding activities for new hires
- Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment documents
- Support internal communications and employer branding efforts
- Take part in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
