Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our users and content creators to enjoy and express themselves.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and continuously update policy documentation tailored to the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets, leveraging regional insights while aligning with TikTok’s global Trust and Safety standards.
- Design and implement enforcement strategies addressing high-harm content areas, including Hateful Behavior, Violent Behavior and Dangerous Actors, Mental Health, Integrity & Authenticity, and Human Exploitation.
- Serve as the primary Policy contact for the DACH region, leading the response to content safety issues and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with senior regional stakeholders and teams across Product, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Public Relations to drive consensus and evolve content policies.
- Monitor emerging social media trends, user behaviors, and regulatory developments in the DACH region to proactively inform policy design and ensure alignment with TikTok’s Community Guidelines.
