Vision Ireland’s National Training Centre (Dublin) is seeking a Rehabilitation Instructor to provide specialist assessment, training, and support for individuals with sight loss. Essential criteria: Diploma in Rehabilitation Studies (Visual Impairment) or equivalent. Experience in teaching, rehabilitation, or disability services, with a focus on adult learners.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and assistive technologies and fluent English. Desirable: ACVREP certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience in low vision aids, Braille instruction, and alternative formats. Familiarity with dual sensory impairment and additional disabilities. Knowledge of QQI accreditation and training frameworks.
