We are now looking for kind and reliable Healthcare Assistants, on a relief basis for our Elm Hall home, to provide excellent standards of care to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within our organisation.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Helping Residents with their mobility and personal/hygiene needs such as washing, dressing, feeding and going to the toilet.
- Assisting with the care of Residents clothing and personal belongings.
- General cleaning of Residents rooms and dining areas.
- Getting to know clients, their interests and their needs - providing companionship and support to the Resident.
- Supporting the nursing staff and reporting any changes in Residents condition to the relevant nurse.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by nurse and management.
Qualifications and Skills
- QQI/Fetac qualification OR relative experience in a similar environment.
- Practical experience in a caring capacity desired.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional, caring and empathetic nature.
- Be comfortable working in a sometimes challenging environment.
- Have a good level of English.
- Availability to work varied shift patterns, across Monday to Sunday.
