Awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, Lottie’s, a modern restaurant in heart of Rathmines, is now hiring an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager.
This is a full-time position that will require to work 42+ hours, and the successful candidate must be flexible to work until 11 pm, and later on Friday and Saturday nights.
Requirements:
- Experience in working in a restaurant essential - seating customers, taking orders, operating standard POS system, serving food and drinks.
- Wine knowledge is welcome.
- Oversee performance of floor staff, contribute to staff training and performance improvements.
- Supervise and take ownership of the FOH in absence of the General Manager.
- Running shifts, opening/closing shifts with cashing-up, closing procedures, and locking up, reporting.
- Ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Must have a good working attitude, flexibility and initiative.
Must have a valid work permit, and be legally permitted to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.
