Dundalk Golf Club presents an exciting opportunity to join the team at a prestigious member’s golf club with a reputation for high standards in a newly refurbished panoramic clubhouse.
Role:
1) To lead the restaurant service ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience
2) Support and mentor the restaurant, bar and kitchen teams creating a culture of excellence in quality, presentation and delivery
3) Manage large group events and club functions from setup to execution
4) Oversee stock control, staff training requirements and the growth of the restaurant and bar
Suitable Candidate:
1) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy hospitality setting
2) Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with excellent attention to detail
3) A hospitality professional with proven experience in restaurant and event management
4) Organised, proactive, strong social media marketing skills and committed to continuous development
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
