Position Summary
An opportunity is available for an experienced Butcher to join a successful independent craft butchery team based in our Malahide Store.
This job is ideal for a fully qualified butcher looking to join a fast-paced and professional retail group. We are looking for a good all-round butcher with an eye for fine detail. Career progression available.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained across the team.
- Ensuring production is of a high level
- Ensuring HACCP and Food Safety regulations adhered to at all times.
- Ensuring the store is visually appealing at all times, with top-class displays.
- Ordering of stock, stocktaking and stock rotation.
- Ensure Quality Control and standards adhered to.
- Ensure record-keeping and HACCP documentation up to date.
- Any other duties as required
Requirements – Skills & Experience
- You are a competent motivated skilled butcher
- HACCP certification required Level 1 or above.
- A team player who leads by example.
- A hard-working, flexible and committed individual.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent display skills.
- Computer literate.
