Job Description
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the sales process, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and driving the success of sales initiatives. You will act as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, and training teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to manage initiatives, create compelling content, and foster cross-functional relationships will be critical to achieving business objectives.
Key responsibilities
• Establish clear, measurable sales goals that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Track progress and adjust goals as needed to adapt to market shifts or changes in business objectives.
• Evaluate, streamline and optimise sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with sales leaders to ensure the territory model is designed and applied across the sales teams to maximise sales impact and reflect market demand. Manage the territories change process for sales reps, to build/reassign territories.
• Act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership by systematically identifying, allocating, and maintaining market potential across territories. Support territory hygiene, ensure continuous alignment between sales capacity and account distribution, and help optimise sales time and effort through structured analysis and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level and 2 years' relevant experience OR 5 years’ experience in a Revenue Enablement role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in using data analytical tools and interpreting complex datasets
