Entegro are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting services, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
The role is 6-month fixed term contract and is Field based with the requirement to travel nationwide (Ireland), predominantly the Leinster/South-East area, depending on project requirements. Travel to and from site is an integral part of the job.

Responsibilities
- Connecting with prospective customers through door-to-door engagement.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid business proposals to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and objections professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Be professional, safety conscious and conscientious always both on and off site.
- Adhere to company Health & Safety policies.
Skills required
Proven work experience as a sales agent or similar role is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- Efficient using Tablet /PDA (Personal Digital Assistant)
- Client focused.
- Willingness to travel.
- Accustomed to working outside.
- Ability to plan your day to gain maximum efficiency.
- Ability to deal with third parties and members of public in a professional manner.
- A high standard of written and spoken English.
- Full drivers licence essential
