Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate client quotations and follow up on proposals.
Liaise with technicians to arrange schedules in coordination with the operations and service manager.
Assist in logistics planning to optimise service delivery.
Process purchase orders with suppliers and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Confident phone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous administrative experience, ideally in engineering, service, or finance sectors.
Fluent in English with strong customer service skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
