What you will do
We have a vacancy for a Sales Admin/Estimator based in our offices in Dublin (DO8). In this role you will support the wider Irish Sales team (from end-to-end) reviewing paperwork to attending post-tender meetings. Blending your administration or sales experience help optimise the sales process as well as collect data for the team to measure their successes.
- Liaising with internal departments and using tender document to – validate cost, review agreements and assist in the preparation of accurate estimates for entire company portfolio.
- Assisting the team in bid preparation including compiling support documentation and other technical submissions.
- Deliver commercial bids, proposals and quotations – while tracking and managing our submission deadlines.
- Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager.
Your Profile
What we are looking for
- Any previous experience in an Administration and/or Sales – along with excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Using your self-motivated nature to offer a proactive support of the wider sales team.
- Intermediate use of the Microsoft Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Any understanding of Technical Engineering or Pre-Sales processes (including – Cost Estimations/Quotations) would be desirable.
