Role Overview
As Sales Manager for EXCENTR in Ireland, you will drive national growth, build key accounts, manage channel partners, and position EXCENTR as the go-to solution for commercial and industrial cleaning. This is a senior strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who knows how to open doors, close deals, and scale a brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution – Own the sales pipeline across Ireland. Develop and implement aggressive go-to-market strategies that deliver results.
- Business Development – Identify and pursue major accounts across healthcare, hospitality, education, facilities management, and industrial sectors.
- Channel Management – Build and manage relationships with distributors and reseller networks. Train partners and align targets.
- Client Engagement – Demonstrate EXCENTR systems in person. Understand client pain points and tailor technical solutions accordingly.
- Target Management – Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Team Leadership – As the brand scales, contribute to building and mentoring the Irish sales team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in B2B cleaning, hygiene, or facilities management sectors
- Strong track record of high-ticket capital equipment sales (preferably floor cleaning machines or FM solutions)
- Comfortable with on-site demonstrations and technical selling
- Skilled in channel development and key account management
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across Ireland
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel
Desirable
- Experience with similar brands
- Familiarity with FM procurement processes in Ireland
- Network of contacts across cleaning contractors or large institutions
