Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor with experience in building high-performance sales teams to achieve aggressive sales targets, implementing annual marketing and sales plan, structuring the department, improving processes, and increasing the company's annual profit. Also, developing B2B and B2C Marketing Plans focused on accelerating sales, cultivating existing partnerships and developing new agent relationships.
Duties
- Recruit and build high-performance sales teams to achieve aggressive sales targets;
- Develop and apply staff performance appraisal to guarantee sales standards;
- Delivery sales growth through the automation of the sales team process, training and coaching the team;
- Develop B2B, and B2C Sales Plans focused on accelerating sales;
- Cultivate existing partnerships and develop new agent relationships.
- Providing guidance, professional development and supporting team members, leading to promotions within the team;
- Monthly meetings with marketing and communication team to approve marketing campaigns;
- Develop incentive and motivational campaigns within the sales team to boost sales and achieve the company’s target;
- Create monthly targets individually and in the group for each market;
- Daily monitor sales forecast and payments received;
- Daily monitor sales team performance;
- Define promotional prices based on competitor analysis presented by the marketing department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in English & Portuguese;
- Prospect, approach and offer support to persuade customers to purchase;
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field;
- Must have had at least 5 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Evaluating market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches;
- Possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between his interactions with consumers and external partners;
- Be self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable to business growth fluctuations, work comfortably and effortlessly in group settings, be a persuasive and charismatic individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines;
- Exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision. Being a business representative, one must also be a likeable and approachable individual who can form strong and long-lasting relationships both internally and externally on behalf of the business.
