Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Team Leader to join the Radius Fuel Sales Team. This role is pivotal to driving volume and revenue growth in line with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the Player/Coach for a small high-performing outbound Sales Team.
- Oversee and optimise your own sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Drive personal and team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to deliver relevant daily / monthly / annual KPI
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes high performance, retention, and professional growth.
- Take responsibility for the Team’s cross sell results and call time stats.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Inside Sales experience.
- Professional, dynamic, and highly organised, with a motivational leadership style.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in building relationships at all levels.

Additional Information
- This role involves travel to client, supplier, and partner meetings, with occasional overnight stays required.
