Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with appointments, and provide expert guidance on nail treatments.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently coordinate bookings via the Fresha online system, ensuring smooth scheduling and client satisfaction.
- Salon Operations Support: Maintain an organized reception area, assist with product inventory, and provide support to beauty therapists in maintaining a clean and well-prepared workspace.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Educate clients on trendy nail designs and treatments, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure seamless navigation between services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with nail technicians and management to uphold quality service standards and create a welcoming salon environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or salon environment.
- Strong knowledge of popular nail treatments and salon services.
- Familiarity with the Fresha online booking system and general salon customer service protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
