Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationships in the region.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and engaged promotion.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the region and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
