We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Shareholder Services to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
We are seeking a proactive Operations Efficiency Analyst to join our Operations team, focused on driving Ops-4-Ops efficiencies through our AI platform and digital tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in Transfer Agency operations and strong technical skills in Python coding, with familiarity in related languages and platforms such as Alteryx and Baseline. This role will partner closely with operations teams to implement incremental improvements, reduce risk, and support new business initiatives.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Collaborate with Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements leveraging AI and digital automation tools.
- Develop and maintain Python-based solutions within the AI platform to create digital employees and automate workflows.
- Utilize additional scripting or programming languages as needed to work with Alteryx, Baseline, and other digital tools.
- Support risk reduction initiatives by embedding controls and validations within automated processes.
- Assist in the delivery of new business developments by adapting operational practices and digital solutions.
- Monitor and report on efficiency gains and operational impacts of implemented changes. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and adoption of digital tools across Operations
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Third level qualification is preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience is required
- Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation and AI platform development.
- Experience with Alteryx, Baseline, or similar digital automation tools is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and risk management in financial services.
- Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in Transfer Agency operations preferred.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach to driving change.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
