We're looking for an experienced night time baker with immediate start.
The applicant needs to be familiar with all aspects of the baking process from mixing to baking and also able to work on his/her initiative.
Our produce ranges from yeasted doughs like brioche and focaccia through baguettes, sourdough breads and laminated pastries.
This is a full time position, not suitable for students.
The current shift available is Monday to Friday 23-7am.
The shortlisted applicants will be required to work a trial shift with us.
