Oranmore Lodge Hotel is now looking to hire a Senior Bar Person to join their friendly 4* team. The ideal candidate should be passionate and enthusiastic about the role, enjoy serving and interacting with customers and have a positive attitude to develop their knowledge and skills. Managing, monitoring, and ordering stock and deliveries will be part of the role. Previous experience in a busy establishment is essential.

· To maximize all sales opportunities in the food and beverage department
· To manage all ordering of drink on time in line with the demands of the business
· To manage and monitor all delivery processes, including checking of orders, storage, stock rotation, security and loss investigation
· To manage all stock management processes (with the company external stock-taker) including timely stock counts, line checks, wastage reports
· To Complete Daily Stock sheets for Beverage supplies
· To complete weekly order sheets for Beverage supplies
· To liaise with HR that all staff are meeting all established standards of service in line with the company’s training manual
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
2+ years bar experience in a busy establishment.
Highly driven individual with excellent time keeping and organisational skills.
